Why was I threatened by T-Mobile?
I was on a support call asking to change the phone which I have paid over $700 for so far (far beyond what they paid for it) and just asked for a newer phone that did not have the KNOWN problems this...

Yup. I had issues with One Plus 8 5G in the past. I performed 3x warranty exchanges (all had same factory defect). After 3rd exchange with factory issue, they traded it for an S21.
T-Mobile let me keep it, as it was defect from One Plus, One Plus then RMA'd the device 3x, still with the same issue. Issue came about with force Android update, which broke Bluetooth on some devices EVERY TIME.

- this is a known issue with this model of phone.
- and not have a phone while they take a week or two to repair it? Can't since we use the phone for authentication at work.
- All I asked was they take what I have paid for this phone and send me a new one and I will send this one back and continue to pay on the new one.
