T-Mobile Autopay Confusion
Just switched our 2 lines today from ATT to T-Mobile at Costco. I set up autopay at the time the lines were transferred. When I log on to the T-Mobile site (either via the mobile App or the website), my personal homepage says "Set up Auto pay". ??? But when I go to my account page, it says that autopay IS set up and functioning. I also received an email confirmingthat I successfully set up AutoPay. Why the confusion on the part of T-Mobile?
