T-Mobile Autopay Confusion
Just switched our 2 lines today from ATT to T-Mobile at Costco. I set up autopay at the time the lines were transferred.
When I log on to the T-Mobile site (either via the mobile App or the website), my personal homepage says “Set up Auto pay”. ???
But when I go to my account page, it says that autopay IS set up and functioning. I also received an email confirming that I successfully set up AutoPay.
Why the confusion on the part of T-Mobile? They're making me confused.
The Tmobile website is slow to update. Did you do auto-pay through credit card or bank account. If you did credit card you don't get the autopay discountm

The website doesn't even let you make the error of signing up for autopay with a credit card. At lest they got that right.
Signed up with a bank account.
Maybe the slow update is the answer.
