I have the unlimited call, data, and text plans. They still disconnected our service and charged late fees and the per line reconnect fees. What makes matters worse is that according to one of your article links, they are not supposed to be doing this. So, what I take away from this is either I don't matter to them or they are going back on their pledge to not perform these types of actions. I see that other carriers are suspending service interruptions and waiving late fees. Why is it that T-mobile is the only carrier that not only shut off our service during this pandemic crisis when millions are out of work, but also charged us a ton of fees to reconnect. I rely on my phone to stay in touch in the event we are called back to work. Since this is the case, I see that Verizon has suspended all late fees and interruptions, therefore, when this crisis is over, I will he switching services after over 20 years with T-mobile. Not a good look for the lowest of the 3 major carriers. It shows that you really don't care about people during extremely harsh times. Enjoy taking people's money.Solved720Visto0likes6Comentarios
