Re: Restart router daily?
Do what syaoran suggested, then reboot. anybody with this issue, maybe try a hard reset. find the reset hole and while ITS ON keep the reset button pushed down for at least over 30 to 40 seconds, it will reboot by itself or the lights will do something. let it do it’s thing and see if it corrects the problem. (this will default the modem/router to factory, if it ever had firmware updates, that wont be erased, but rather maybe fix it if anything was changed and doing a dirty firmware update, without defaulting the settings, can something give hiccups) :]2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Galaxy Watch LTE duplicate messages
Got you, fair enough. What you are describing, happens to me often when I switch to a different phone, with the same simcard. if I do the steps I mentioned, in hopes it would have maybe, solved yours, It has always corrected mine. does your phone have 2 sim slots? switch it, could magically help. Have you tried a different phone? use it for a bit, even if its crappy and see if it recreates the problem. ??3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Galaxy Watch LTE duplicate messages
😚 Like I said. lol try this. https://support.google.com/messages/answer/7189714?hl=en go where it says Turn on chat features for the first time and see if this will correct the android phone itself. generally helps default how you receive mms and data text/pics whatever messages. do this even if you do not use google messages. good luck :]0Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Galaxy Watch LTE duplicate messages
"It's incoming data and once you receive it that's it" 🤔😪😔 Well, yea. But once the phone receives whatever, both apps, will receive that ONE sent data'/text, as one. you might of had it fixed, does not exactly mean you know what they tweaked. "fixed" anyways great luck to anybody else :]1Ver0likes0ComentariosRe: Galaxy Watch LTE duplicate messages
I was under the impression, that if you were to run 2 regular app messages on your phone, it will always duplicate to a watch. so if you were to have messages and the one that came with your phone, messaging, whatever you want to call it, one has to be fully disabled. if you use messages, then the built in one has to be disabled. some you cannot. so simply disable it's data in back ground mode, turn off all of it's permissions, turn off that it can draw on top of other apps, etc. restart and this can greatly help. when more than one messaging app (for mms or data texting, etc) is installed on the phone. It will receive that signal twice. should correct duplicates on the phone, texts, notification sent to watches, etc. good luck.2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: LG V60 WiFi Connection Failures on 5GHz Band
Guys its a wifi going to sleep issue, on the phone. you can do 4 things. reset network settings on the phone and reboot it. (this will erase everything you saved from wifi connections) Under advanced wifi, turn off sleep mode, or that the wifi stays on, while it's charging. easiest fix for now. resetting the phone back to stock will fix it. but most do not want to deal with that. if It's rooted you do the following! (you should know what to do) fix the problem you can do the following: To set it: adb shell settings put global wifi_sleep_policy 2 To find out what it is now: adb shell settings list global Keep WiFi on during sleep: Always = 2 Keep WiFi on during sleep: Only When Plugged In = 1 Keep WiFi on during sleep: Never = 0 even if it's working fine with other phones. Make sure, even if its for now that you have security enable to aes and tkip at the same time. this problem can also show up when people use a router with a bonded channel set at 160Mhz. oh, well in that case, reset the phone to new, wont erase your external micro sd card, if you have one. or your personal pictures. I do suggest you do a master reset, erase it all. not all updates will make a phone work snappy, just by updating it. some updates might not work as good as the old settings, or fix or w/e they did. gl1Ver0likes0ComentariosRe: After latest update, GS9 keeps defaulting to Cellular Preferred over Wi-Fi calling
under advance wifi, (3 little dots to the upper right) when you are on the wifi list of available wifi’s, on your phone. make sure wifi is priority over mobile calls and data calls. (only if wifi is gone, it goes to mobile) make sure anything “aggressive” is turned off, such us if “weak signal from wifi is low” it would switch to mobile to fast. turn off wifi scanning. just anything that favors wifi calling over mobile, first. if you see under advance wifi, switch to mobile data and its off, turn it on, then hit the little 3 dots.keep aggressive mode off, like i said. but under excluded wifi make sure your personal wifi is selected. so that it wont connect to mobile, when you still want the wifi calling feature on.1Ver0likes0Comentarios
