Re: Calls go straight to voicemail - phone doesn't ring (Samsung S6 on Nougat)
I am having the same problem. It happens both when I am home and when I am miles away. Sometimes the caller doesn't go directly to voicemail but instead the caller gets a a recorded message saying I am no longer a subscriber. I have called TMobile and have been on hold for up to 30 minutes. I cannot use the "call back" option because 'phone calls are going to Voice Mail! Obviously this cannot continue much longer but I really don't want to switch carriers but I will if the problem doesn't get fixed.2Visto0likes0Comentarios
