Re: Suspended Account
Emac122 wrote: My account was suspended for literally 5 mins because I forgot to update my new card for the payment I paid it right away and it was turned back on in 5 mins HOWEVER I HAVE 3 LINES THEY CHARGED ME $60 A LINE FOR A RESTORATION FEE A TOTAL OF $ 180 ADDED TO MY BILL IN RESTORATION FEES!! HOW IS THAT EVEN LEGAL!! I understand some kind of fee but $60 per lines I can't pay that on top of my regular bill who can? I am shopping for a new company TMobile convinced me to switch from at&t it was cheaper in the beginning but every month a new fee seems to show up now I have less lines then I did with at&t and my bill is almost triple with TMobile complete scam company I'm a little late to the party here but I'm pretty sure as long as ur still a customer that's a fight worth fighting there are multiple reasons why they should absolutely not have charged u that amount 1st off if they have been bilking customers in this way someone needs to file a class action lawsuit arguing that simply because ur account is currently holding 3 separate lines with different phone numbers does NOT mean u hold 3 separate accounts as I'm sure that they are all covered under 1 account number or they wouldn't ALL have been shut off I truly hope u did not pay that at the least I hope u called and they removed it but how many ppl paid wow mega class action just wow13Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: A LOT of T-Mobile ID issues as a Home Internet customer
kentuck1163 wrote: You actually DO have a T-Mobile phone number even if you only have the Home Internet service. Your modem has a cell phone number associated with it. That the number you need to use to set up your account. Doesn't work19Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: A LOT of T-Mobile ID issues as a Home Internet customer
Alex8842 wrote: My inability to setup a T-Mobile ID was resolved today. The tech toggled the "Hard Lock Set" which I'm guessing cleared some error state. The issue was originally related to my email address being rejected during log-in attempts. After enrolling in the T-Mobile Community, the issue changed to inability to link gateway phone number during log-in. I spent many hours on the phone talking to a number of techs to no avail. This female tech based in the Philippines told me in the first few minutes of our conversation that she has resolved this type of problem numerous times in the past and she sure resolved my issue quickly; made my day! I received the gateway just about a week ago. The hardware is performing flawlessly and speed is considerable higher than I expected; measuring ~150 to ~230 with 3 bars; located on dresser for convenience. Please advise me to whom u spoke with if u got a name and what phone number u reached out to as I'm having the same problem I want to fix this before it gets too close to my 30 days to receive my reward3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: How Can I Setup My T-Mobile ID for My Home Internet Account...???

If multiple people are having the same issue...FIX IT!!! Same3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: TMobile Home Internet -- Great signal but no internet?
Are u able to switch back to the LTE within the app I have the option to set as either automatic, lte or 5g it was set to auto n I changed it to 5g assuming it would speed up and/or increase my bars that were at 3 with a "good" signal attempting to get full bars n an "excellent" signal unfortunately, altho that was my plan, it actually slowed down n down graded my signal to poor.I was able to change it back n got it back to the 'good' so even tho it's only saying good n shows only 3 bars it it's working great. Don't know if ur able to switch it back n not separate it but just a suggestion29Visto0likes0Comentarios
