i would think it would be a bit hard to locate a replacement Iphone8 since its so old by now..all you’ll end up getting more than likely will be refurbished devices.
why would you stay for the good customer service when youre paying for reception...which per you has been drastically lacking for the last 20 years? that alone is a reason to move on to someone that covers your area better..
