Amazing Customer Service - 10/28/24

Just want to give big kudos to Bailey who answered my call on the 611 line. He helped me with changing my plan, the call took place around 3:30 (PST) on 10/28/24. 

Bailey was extremely helpful and patient with me! I rarely call with any issues regarding my phone/plan, but he was there to help, and it was the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time so thank you Bailey for being a real one and making my awfully boring day at the office much better!

Rarely do I ever leave customer feedback but this experience was worth it to make a community account.
