Anyone else experiencing inaccurate hotspot usage reports?
Is anyone else not getting the proper mobile hotspot usage data reported to their account? I called T-mobile and the say I've used 7 gbs of mobile hotspot data yet it only reports as 0.01 gbs used. A...
Check the cycle date reset for the hotspot. It may be different than the actual date. Change the date to what it is supposed to be and it should reflect the usage.
Mine resets on the 11th. On Android phones I have the change it because I never activate them on the 11th.
