Hot Spot Data
Hello. So I keep getting this text message that says I'm out of hotspot data. The thing is I NEVER EVER turn on my hotspot and use it. Does anyone have a clue to what is going on here? And on top of this it says I'll have more hotspot data available on 11/06! I get this about every month and the end of my billing cycle. Any idea/help is appreciated.

VPN (SonicWall) will not connect over T-mobile 5G Hotspot This vpn works fine with WFI but it will not work with the hotspot using A71 Samsung 5G phone with T-mobile service and extra downloading (paying extra but not using this because it will not connect to VPN) VPN software SonicWall VPN was working a month ago and then the phone did an update and immediately the VPN stopped working VPN hanging at acquiring ip I bought this 5G phone as a hotspot for work and now it does not work at all with VPN. :(
Is the 40gb hotspot shared or per line?
Hello all, I just switched to T-mobile a couple days ago and so far so good. We're thinking of adding my Wife's parents to our plan and they use the hotspot quite a bit at the cabin. Is the 40gb hotspot per line or is the 40gb split between all the lines on the account?
Mobile hotspot data usage is consistently way off for the past 2 months?
I've noticed that ever since the recent updates to the T-Mobile app and the website, the mobile hotspot data usage information is completely off. For example, right now my account shows 0.03 GB of mobile hotspot data used. I'm almost certain it's a thousand times higher than that - closer to 30GB. My account runs from the 26th of the month and I typically use my full 100GB allotted data each month. So 30GB would be reasonable, but 0.03GB is absolutely not. Why is the usage information so colossally wrong? It wasn't this way 2 months ago.

Why is my mobile hotspot limit so low only 5gb when I have a 50gb data cap? Databis data isn't it? It shouldn't matter whether I use it on my phone or use hotspot to provide "wifi" to my computer. Why does Tmobile limit hotspot data so much on an "unlimited" data plan. Doesn't seem very unlimited to me! Seems very limited considering an hour of video is a GB! I guess they can charge for more data because they have a * in the contract that basically makes unlimited not unlimited!

I am interested in adding a 5g hotspot to my account, but there is no information on the website about what the monthly cost will be in addition to my existing voice line. I tried adding a hotspot to my cart, and selecting add data plan, but it says something went wrong and won't show me the available plans and costs. Does someone have a breakdown of the available 5g hotspot plans and their cost when added to an account with one voice line?Anyone else experiencing inaccurate hotspot usage reports?
Is anyone else not getting the proper mobile hotspot usage data reported to their account? I called T-mobile and the say I've used 7 gbs of mobile hotspot data yet it only reports as 0.01 gbs used. And this is supposed to be the most reliable source of being able to track my hotpot usage other than calling in to ask.
So i have T mobile Metro and i purchased everthing like Tablet with Hotspot service forall
So why in the hell when I go to hook up my hotspot which I have my own Wi-Fi it tells me to download the administrator for T-Mobile hotspot and I go and then I go login my phone number it says I have a metro number it won't take it
