Hello There, I've requested multiple times ove rthe phone and also via chat to unlock my 5G mobile hotspot and everytime I hear request has been submitted and still the device is locked. I've paid it fully and also removed / cancelled the service with t-mobile and it is still unlocked? Is there a resolution for this?
Iphone hotspot not connecting
I signed up for unlimited data and a personal hotspot with T- mobile for my Iphone11, for a second home that has no internet. I woulduse it only about 8 days a month to stream TV on a single device. So far it has connected 1 of 10 times after multiple trials. My son has Verizon hotspot and an Android phone and can connect instantly every single time, exact same location. Why won't it connect?
I purchased Jextream and want to use it in Spain - does it work there?
I will be traveling to Spain and in the past all of the tmobile hotspots worked without problem. However, when Tmobile introduced the T10 devices they no longer worked when traveling in EU so I'm trying to get good info on if the Jextream will work.
Hotspot device disconnecting from T-mo internet
Recently purchased a T-mobile branded 5G hotspot, Model D53. Gets consistent 5g signal but it loses its ability to connect / relay internet traffic after about 30 - 40 minutes. Then I have to restart the device to get it to begin allowing network connections again. So far I've reset the SIM card, reset the device to factory, both with no changes in the functionality. Anyone seen similar issues and resolved them?
