Mobile hotspot data usage is consistently way off for the past 2 months?

I've noticed that ever since the recent updates to the T-Mobile app and the website, the mobile hotspot data usage information is completely off. For example, right now my account shows 0.03 GB of mobile hotspot data used. I'm almost certain it's a thousand times higher than that - closer to 30GB. My account runs from the 26th of the month and I typically use my full 100GB allotted data each month. So 30GB would be reasonable, but 0.03GB is absolutely not.

Why is the usage information so colossally wrong? It wasn't this way 2 months ago.
