Anyone else know why T-Mobile isn't answering any calls or chats today?
I tried calling this morning and was on hold for 50 minutes with no answer before I hung up and called back. I was on the 2nd call for 1 hour and 25 minutes. I hung up and called back again. I'm stil...
You need to be following them so you can DM (direct message) then and so they can respond to your DM's. I have linked to the correct Twitter account below.
contact them through either Facebook or Twitter..this starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
