Autopay duedate

Completely unnecessary to have an autopay due-date if it's going to be ignored and funds will be taken any day they choose. If you have autopay, i recommend cancelling it. Do what you wish but remember this post when they ignore what they told you too.

  • Auto pay usually starts processing the payment two days before.  This is to ensure that the payment is complete or at least verified as receiving the payment by the due date.  You can always keep autopsy enabled and pay your bill manually early, like I do every month.  That way, I don't have to worry about something getting messed up if it's done 14 days before the autopsy date.

  • Good to know, Syaoran. Appreciate the feedback. I cancelled the program.

Due to SSI only can the due date for payment be moved manually each month for auto pay?

You would have to discuss that with Customer Care or send a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter.  If they move your billing date, your bill after the change will be higher to accommodate the change in billing period.

Too add on you can only request changing your due date once in the lifetime of the plan.
