Can I "temporarily" turn off & on my children's phone lines
malaea wrote:I'm so confused about this, I've done so much research, both here and I've tried calling Tmobile and I haven't been able to figure this out. I'd like to be able to turn my children's phone lines off and on temporarily (all services, data, text, phone calls - all of it) as a consequence/punishment, and then be able to "turn it back on" when I decide to. When I look on the website about "suspending a line", it says you can only do this twice a year. I have actually called Tmobile and had them do it once in the past, but after reading that on the website, I don't know if I can only do it 1 more time (or if I'll be charged at some point for this). I'd like to be able to just do it myself if that's an option. When I called Tmobile just now, the person I reached didn't know anything about this and although they were trying to research it, they ultimately could not help me with this issue.
Same here! It's crap! I bought $3000 worth of phones from them, have home internet with them & can't control anything, I want to turn lines off & on when I want to, my kids don't do their chores I wanna turn them off! , it literally pisses me off they give u 2 a year, come on!
