Can You Hear Me NOW?????
Have you ever heard that song, It's a Shame the way you mess around with your mant?" by the Spinners. Well this song would work well with Tmobile at this time. Every word in this song is exactly what T-mobile is doing to each of you right now. Including me. Remember when you were told that you had your own special agent located in the town near you? Well all that is out the window, the door, ship all that. But first think about what you are paying T-mobile, as well as myself. According to a site, look for yourself. Total net customer additions were 1.8 million in Q4 2022 and reached a record 6.8 million for full-year 2022. The total customer count increased to a record high of 113.6 million.Jan 4, 2023:T-Mobile US annual revenue for 2022 was $79.571B, a 0.68% decline from 2021. Well with that decline I wonder why that took place. Maybe T-mobile needs to hear you!!! If you are paying for a good service why don't you demand that service? If you owned a home and hired a Gardner who halfway cut your lawn, or damaged some of your flowers in the process; would you continue to to pay that Gardner or would you find someone else to get the job done right? I think that latter. The issue is just as well as the government and other people in higher places is that they know you will complain and not go find something else. To these big companies like T-mobile; we are nothing more than crying babies crying for milk to which they will give a little to shut us up and continue to screw us in another way. I have been calling and trying to get connected with a US rep for months and all the time except for one within the last few months has it gone to a person in the States. The people overseas have issues with communication and possibly even need to get enough sales so they screw up orders in the process. I finally reached a person overseas who didn't solve the problem but offered me a discount for my very-very bad experience. That was nice, but it doesn't solve the problem and I will probably be in the same predicament next month when someone messes up my bill. All that being said, I think we should really make a movement. Not just with T-mobile but with every company that is taking our HARD EARNED MONEY and giving us terrible service. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Those CEO's and corporate guys just like the ones in the bank are filling their pockets you can best believe. So, I haven't done it yet because I am looking for something better and I think I can find it if I look hard enough. I am sick and tired of giving my money for services that are so very poorly provided that if it was me providing such services I would be fired. Arn't you tire too? Going on 12 years with Tmobile and it's a marriage that seems to be one-sided. So I am looking. I'm asking you don't you want to do the same? Aren't you tired too? Draw your line in the sand and by no means budge. Put T-mobile on notice. Demand better service. I'm starting to feel like Jerry McGuire. Those of you who don't know it's a movie with Tom Cruise and the famous line "Show Me the Money" T-mobile show me better service "NOW"
