To change the name associated with your number, can be done by contacting Customer Care via 611 from your device. This cha ge can take a day or two to implement.
AS OF 4/10/2020, TMOBILE SUPPORT HAS NOT RESOLVED MY ISSUE. When I make any outgoing call, "private call" shows-up on other parties caller-id. Very, very frustrating the lack of response or resolution.
