debit card
I changed my method of payment to a debit card on my autopay. Am still being charged the additional $10 as if I did not use a debit card.
Did you switch it before August 4th? If your billing date is within a couple.of days of the payment method being changed. The payment change might not take effect until the next billing cycle.

Was your bill already showing the $10 charge? If so, look for a refund on your next bill.
You can always try call Tmobile support.

Thank you. I reached out to T Mobile and they are working on it. A glitch in the system, no doubt.
