Delete line
I wanted to remove the line because I do not use it and I use it unnecessarily
Dial 611, and have customer service cancel that line, or use the ‘my.t-mobile.com’ site or T-Mobile.com app.

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support to cancel the line.
