Can I leave a T-mobile employee review anywhere?

Morgan in customer service was THE BEST. For over two months she has had my back as I fought Assurant over two phones they say were not sent back even though I had the delivery confirmation. They charged me for both 2 months later. Then they said they did get them but had not scanned them in. Again this was 2 months later. Morgan took care of all of it including being on the phone with me while we called Assurant together. Anyway she is awesome. Morgan, wherever you are. ¡Gracias!
