Can I leave a T-mobile employee review anywhere?

I never received a link to give a review for Alberto (hopefully I got the name right). On November 30.2022, he helped me at 9 a.m. at the T-Mobile location at 3225 14th St NW, Washington, DC, 20010. He was super helpful and was able to connect my service to my other phone in less than 10-15 minutes. Amazing! Thank you!

Yesterday i was looking for some help with my account, so i called t mobile support.
the person i was connected with was awesome, and really helpful, and cheerful (for some reason..)
and she was awesome. she said her name was Contessa, and i’d like for her to be recognized (as above average)by the t mobile corporation.
our phone call took place one December 20, 2022. please reach out to me if you need more information on the call.

Just in case I don't get a survey, I wanted to make sure Christopher at the TMobile store in Covington, WA get his due kudos. Walked in the store with questions concerning getting a phone that would work to text and call from the middle east, not to the middle east. Christopher knew exactly what we needed and we even threw in a few more kinks that he didn't even blink at! It was such a positive experience. Christopher was so personable, helpful, got us a new phone, new number, and out the door in under 30 minutes. It was awesome!

I'm trying to leave a review for tmoble on Google and it directed me here. I have had Tmobile for 3 yrs and continuing! I had a question today and 2 representatives helped me today Aliz and JM, I want to leave separate reviews but incase I can't or have to wait 24hrs after leaving 1 review.
I have been with Tmobile for 3 yrs and continuing. When I ever need assistance from Tmobile weather it is on the phone with customer service or in person at my local store I have always been 100% satisfied every time! No doubt being put in a good mood by Tmobiles representatives hands down! I have left reviews for many online or I always make sure I leave ratings in the surveys that randomly come by text or email! Today I had the pleasure of speaking with 2 representatives Aliz and JM and thank you again for a 5 star rating! I used to ask if they all do a happy dance before there shift lol! JM was very positive and professional with me and listened to my needs and questions. Aliz was so super professional and positive with me throughout the full conversation! Aliz and JM answered all my questions to the fullest and some. They both were very polite and so cheerful. If your in a bad mood before calling your gonna be in a better mood when your done talking to Tmobile representative! My service with Tmobile has always been great and the new wifi box has been great as well! Thank you again Aliz and JM!!

Today (9/21/23) I received the highest quality of customer service care I have *ever* received from "Jay" (I wish I had more details on her name, but that is what she shared). Last week I ordered an iPhone14 Pro for my daughter's 16th birthday and paid for expedited shipping, so that it would arrive in time for her big day. I received an email letting me know that the phone had shipped, but the UPS tracking showed that a label was created, but the product had not been received from T-Mobile. It did not arrive on her birthday and was still not here almost a week later which was obviously disappointing. I called to resolve the issue and Jay was incredibly kind, understanding, empathetic and was completely solutions oriented. She was determined to figure out what happened to the phone, but also wanted to ensure that my experience with T-Mobile was positive. She refunded me for the shipping and advocated for additional credit for our time/negative experience. She had 4 different T-Mobile team members working on the issue, as well as calling UPS to troubleshoot on their end. She placed me on hold, kept checking back in, took down my number just in case I had to hang up or we were disconnected. We were on the phone for almost 90 minutes and I never once felt frustrated. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that she cared so much, that she wanted to see this issue through the end. While we never figured out exactly what happened to the phone, she took the initiative to 1) find my most local T-mobile branch 2) call them to explain my situation and book an appt for me to come in to pick up a new phone 3) when they didn't have the exact phone I ordered in stock, she provided me with options that met our needs (and applied an additional credit to our acct). She did not hang up until she knew I felt confident and happy with the next steps. When I walked into the T-Mobile branch, they were aware of my situation, already had the phone set-aside, and took care of everything quickly. It was clear that Jay had explained what had happened and asked them to also provide great customer service. I walked out of the store wishing that every customer service experience was so seamless. I can't thank Jay enough for her time, professionalism and care today. This entire experience has made me a T-Mobile customer for life knowing how much that they value a positive customer experience. Thank you again, Jay!! You truly made a difference and I hope you are recognized at T-mobile for your value and contributions!

T-Mobile Location: Rockaway Blvd, Rosedale, NY
This review is about a specific sales rep at this location: Artamere. I've been going to this location for quite sometime now and never had any customer service issues and typically spend no more than 30 minutes. I had came to purchase a new phone as well as "jump" the current iPhone I had as I still had a balance left. The sales rep had asked if I backed up my phone which I had before completely wiping it clean. However, didn't transfer everything to the new phone to confirm which most sales reps do. She then realized that my MacBook was still attached to the cloud on the current phone and rather than signing off my iCloud completely -- she erased 11 years worth of memories and information on my Mac which has been unretrievable.
I went back in the following day after realizing what happened. T-Mobile did nothing to compensate for this although I've been a loyal customer for 15 years. Aside from the on going nightmare -- I still wanted to proceed on getting a new phone. I was working with Kenton (supervisor) as well as another new sales rep -- they inspected my current phone another time and realized there was a hairline scratch on the screen. They had said those scratches were never there. They took back the offer they gave me last night and couldn't authorize the jump as I was sitting there crying after all the inconvenience and things they took from me. The most they offered me was $100 to compensate for everything. A $100 credit towards my T-mobile family plan.
I am disgusted and dumbfounded with the incompetent, unhelpful, unprofessional, and negligent sales reps that represent the storefront of this company. I will never be going back to this location as I've lost all trust and desire to work any further with them.
I will be filing a complaint to corporate in regards to the staff that had failed to assist me and will be sure that they all get reprimanded for being improperly trained.

Please extend my commendation to Richard and Ryan at the Pacific Commons, Fremont, California location. They are both very professional and provided me with beyond excellent customer service. Ryan and Richard have high caliber skills in making sure that the customer is helped and will have a five star experience with their service. Their courteousness, attentiveness and willingness to help are very commendable. T Mobile is very lucky for hiring sales professionals that carry an impressive reputation for the company.
