Essentials 55+ overcharge
I signed up to get two lines for $50.00 (being offered by T-Mobile in September 2023), but now I realize we're being charged $65 + tax. How do we solve this irregularity?
you’ll need to contact TMO either by calling in or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter. no one in here has account access.
if you can i would recommend the later method with contacting them. FB and Twitter starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
