Experience forum registration question

I was asked to join this however the link that was provided didn’t work.


Just looking for information about this

    I am going to be totally frank here and say that I am not familiar with the T-Mobile Experience Forum. It sounds like an amazing opportunity to be heard. I know that we had programs for people to sign up and be beta testers and we are always open to customer feedback because listening to our customers is how we become famous for care. 

    I may not know myself, but I have a whole network of resources :) I am reaching out now to find you the answers you need!

    I have never heard from anyone from T-Mobile to date

     

    I have tried to reach people but haven’t heard anything, thank you for helping me

  • I also received an email to join the experience forum. The link takes me directly to a log in page and says I don't have an account. How can this be fixed so I can join? ¡Gracias! @HeavenM

    Hey there. If your email is the same as the one shared above, then you should be able to answer some questions and then create a new account. Did you already answer the few questions? Do you see an option to create a new account? That forum is separate from this one, so it really helps for you to share where you are at in the process, so we can provide better suggestions.

    Hello! Sorry for the delay in my response. It is the same email. It does not give me an option to create a new account, just to log in or "forgot password". When I type my email into the "forgot password", a message comes up stating "member not found".
