Family Where Help
My Family Where app is ridiculously inconsistent. But for the last several months when it is tracking my daughter it shows a big circle of the general area that she is in (sometimes it is way off).
How can I improve the location accuracy. I don't have this issue when tracking my son.
Also, why does it work sometimes and then a half hour later it doesn't track and says there is a connection issue when there definitely isn't.
Is it legal to charge me $9.95 every month for a safety feature that doesn't always work and doesn't track correctly?
Maybe it's just me but I have been with them for 8 months and never have a consistent bill. They always give some excuse but it never adds up. They also sent several items with my phone and are dragging those payments out forever. Charged me $50 for a case. It's not a good case at all. I've been thinking of trying internet but I'm sure it's the same nonsense. Anyone else have these problems???
Is my house in a service partners area or in TMobile?
