First Responder Eligibility

I am the subscriber to the plan with a line for myself, my husband and our 4 kids. My husband is a retired police officer. Are we eligible to receive the first responder plan and if so what kind of documentation should we provide.

You'll get a link to text a pic of an official police issue ID. It will need to have an expiration date. You'll need to send this as verification of employment annually. T-Mobile will NOT remind you and your rate will go up if you do not send verification every year. FYI - T-Mobile has claimed 2 years in a row that they never got the ID I sent through the link. It's their issue they did not receive it and their refusal to lower my bill to the first responder rate (usually $112/4 lines but charged me $196) gave me the impression it was my fault. Make sure you get some type of confirmation after you send the ID.
