How can I tellif I am eligible for an offer?

If you mean, the free line offer that went live today. Customer Care or the T-Force Team can let you know. I asked and was told my account wasn't eligible. Apparently the promo is not available for most and yet know one seems to want to mention the criteria for it either.

It took over an hour to get a reply on Twitter. All I was told that I wasn't eligible. No reasons as to why were given. I told the person I was disappointed and left it at that. Makes me wonder what the criteria is though to be eligible. It's a BYOD promo and I have a bunch of devices I could use that in.

wonder if theyre now pushing it more towards devices coming over from another carrier to join in on a current TMO account?

Quite possible. It would be nice if they specified that though if that is the reason. It would save a lot of people a lot of time trying to find out if they are eligible or not.
