Handset Charge
Hi-I dread calling customer service but wanted to see if anyone knew what a handset charge is? I’m being charged $11.88/month for this and no clue what it is? thank you!!!
i know you want to avoid calling in but you might opt to contact them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter...you start with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support..this is something that will need an agent checking your account info..
