Horrible experience
If I could give the location in Jacksonville NC a zero on customer service I would. I went there on 9/2/24 at about 10:10am. They open at 10am so they were not busy. There were two people working there that had customers. No problem there but once they start to help me while still having a customer in front of them that is where the issues begin. Id rather wait instead of them multi tasking (which they were not good at). Once they realized that I was not there to buy anything but to get help with an phone issue they quickly told me to go to Best Buy. So I go to Best Buy to only have to make an appointment for 520pm. Ok no problem but when I get there at 505pm to get help they tell me I need to go back to TMobile because I need to file a claim with them the phone cannot be fixed and I shouldn't have been sent over to Best Buy. So now I go back to TMobile same location with a different people. The young lady there about 530pm helps me with a claim but it tells her to send me to CPR cell phones they will file a claim and fix my phone all the same day (for the most part). I go there but cannot get my phone fixed until Tuesday which is the next day. But the issue I have is if the people at TMobile would have done their job at 1010am on Monday I could have gotten my phone fixed by noon. The people at both locations for CPR in Wilm and Jville (NC) were great and very helpful. Took the time and didnt hurry because they weren't going to get a sale. Ive been in Customer Service all my working career and can say that if this was my employees Id be very disappointed in the lack of service
