How do i get someone to help me with billing issue?

Ever since we switched to T-Mobile a few months ago, our bill has been incorrect.  We have spent countless hours on the phone with various T-Mobile representatives and nobody seems to be able to help...

    you can also contact them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..this lands you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.

     

    either choice contact them through their messenger..not on their home page.
