How do I remove a line from my plan?

If you need to remove a line from your account, you'll want to Community-2153 and speak with our Customer Care team. They'll have access to your account and can make the changes needed to take that line off of your plan.

This is horrible service from T-Mobile. You have to jump through hoops to remove a line. I'm out of the country and should be able to complete this request either from logging into my account to manage like I manage everything else on my account. Or they should get with the times and have an online chat system and not have to install yet another app on my phone.
Hi I want to remove one line from our family package. I got the sim for free and my daughter put that in mobile by mistake. Right now I do not need that sim please.

Any line removal needs to be done by Tmobile support by calling or using messenger one of Tmobile’s social media accounts.
