How to I describe and send a comlaint re: T-mobile billing?
I would like to file a complaint to T-mobile for suspending my account after 1 month of non-payment.
This is what happened.
I got an E-mail from T-mobile, telling me to pay my bill. I never received last months bill, so I didn't pay it. I then paid the amount quoted for 2 months! This has occured before where I never saw a bill. I paid $114 for a 2 month period.
When I tried to use my phone, it recording told me that T-mobile had suspended my phone; and if I wanted it back - I need to pay $77 today. I needed my phone, so I paid the $77 just for that reason.
IF I had seen a bill last month, I would have paid it - but I didn't. It is not the first time this has happened; BUT my account has NEVER been suspended over 1 month of non-payment.
In summary, I paid for 2 months of service - then an additional $77 so I could make a phone call! I could NOT understand customer service (thick accent) and I already know the math.
All my past payments have been on-time; and my complaint is that they suspended my account without contacting me…..I should NOT have had to pay $77.00 just to turn my phone back on - when I already paid for the 2 outstanding months.
I may switch providers just because of this unless Tmobile can fix this.
