is the LOCAL Team of Experts discontinued

I havwnt reached a local team of experts in months. I used to find them helpful in a variety of areas. The outsourced reps don't seem to understand my question, but there was always that Tmobile promise of a designated team local to the customer. What ever happened to that?

    I have not had success the past times I have called. I even ask the international representative if they can transfer me to someone in the US and they tell me they can't. Very hard to communicate with complex issues. Recently I ended up just cancelling my transaction because what was advised to me was not what ended up happening. Very disappointed recently with T-Mobile. Waiting for my last line to finished phone payment plan to switch. 

  • grapms28 I use that and I get the outsourced foreign people every time, even when it's 8-5 M-F business hours, like they say. I don't think they're available anymore, have you spoken to yours recently? your local team of experts?

    I don't call support much but the last time I called I got the team from Albuquerque with me living in the Phoenix area.

    The T-Force team that used to monitor this board many years ago now monitor Tmobile’s bigger social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
