Is there anyway not to get the overseas call center?????
I hate calling multiple times to try and get someone who barely speaks English. My issues never get resolved, tickets get opened every week with no resolution. Overseas reps are very condescendi...
Is your account a prepaid or postpaid account? Facebook and Twitter staff are US based. All prepaid call centers are based overseas. For postpaid, the overflow is overseas. The best time for postpaid customers to call to get someone in the uS, is 7AM Eastern Time.
I don't know. I've had no problems with any of the reps, be they in the Philippines or Birmingham. The last time I got a Philippine-based rep I thought she was from California. Still, I hear all these complaints. I wonder if my account is flagged somehow?
