Issue with Changing Plan

I have been trying to upgrade from One to Magenta Max. However, I keep getting an error message (see below). I have tried several times on my phone and on my computer and I keep getting the same message.

 

  • This is a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you.

  • I have also tried going through the app and still got the same Oops message.

  • I have also tried going through the T-mobile app on my phone  and still got the same oops message that I received online.

  • you might end up having to go into a physical store to verify who you are..

    if you are using a VPN on your phone or computer. try disabling it while you try to do what you are doing
