No, I don't think T-Mobile has engaged on this issue. So nothing's changed.
Yeah, I think it’s common sense (but not common practice) for parents to be able to monitor & control their kids’ device usage.
Amazingly, one of the smallest carriers out there has this DOWN: You can turn off/on your kids’ data, and/or their texting, at your convenience.
In this forum, I don't think I can say their name. (I left them 'cause they don't yet offer Unlimited data, and my kids are bandwidth hogs.)
… But they are very CONSUMER focused. (If you can live without Unlimited data, check them out.) Consumer… something. Google 'Consumer' and 'cellular', and you will find them.
I have left T-Mobile over this issue + several others.
