Migrated to wrong account?

Hola,

A long-time Sprint customer, I used my Dad's phone to contact customer service in order to migrate to T-Mobile. 

However, somehow my phone was attached to my Dad's account. Is it me or does everything seem hard these days?

    If your Dad was the account holder of the Sprint account.  Any lines on that account would have also been moved over.  Sprint no longer exists and those holding out still on Sprint SIM's and plans will eventually have to either move over to T-Mobile or move on to another carrier.

    However my Sprint account has been under my name for many years. It remains active as I have not migrated my daughter's line yet. 

  • but was her line under your account over on the Sprint side? or did she have her own Sprint account and you had your own?
