MLB.TV 23 Not working after one week

So I redeemed my MLB.TV offer last Tuesday and it redirected me to my MLB app. When I redeemed it on there my Apple pay thing popped up and it showed the free T-mobile offer, I just had to use my face ID on my Iphone to redeem it. So I contacted MLB to redeem the code because there is no where on the mlbtv website to redeem it and they said I would have to redeem it on the Tmobile tuesday app but since the promotion is over they don't know how to help me input the code. I need help with my situation if possible or if there is a T-mobile Rep that has knowledge of this promotion and can help me use this code somewhere I would greatly appreciate it. I have always used this promotion since it became a thing and never had issues before.

In this day and age of technology, why is this so difficult?  Create a unique SSO for T-Mobile customers. One click, done.  Handle all the business logic in the background.
