Mobile Hotspot is slow, why am I paying for Magenta Max?
My T-Mobile Home Internet is giving me issues, so I tried to use my mobile hotspot on my phone. I haven't used it since I switched to Magenta Max until now. I was surprised when I discovered I could only get download speeds between 5-10 Mbps. I have 8 voice lines and am debating of switching back to Magenta Max because it's just not worth it. Is this normal?
Switch back to Magenta* not Max, lol first typo. And there's no option to edit my post so I have to reply to myself with a correction.
