need help with contacting TMobile corporate office

Hi everyone, I took a chance and last night I posted my message on x.com(used to be twitter), and tagged the CEO and Tmobile official page. Tmobile responded and able to come to a resolution to resolve my billing issue. Just like you, I was guaranteed a set pricing of my newly upgraded plan with the free iPhone 15 after trade-in, and instead my bill for the past 3 months have been more than what amount should have been. I am looking forward to my next bill with the correct information now. They were also able to adjust my current bill to reflect the promised amount.
