new customer promo that ended 10/7

I have had nothing but issues since switching from Verizon and now they're saying the promo ended 10/7 but I switched 2 weeks prior. I was quoted $1000 credit for my iPhone trade in and every agent tells me a different price for my monthly bill. I even went into corporate office to see if they could help. Do not order online or nobody can help you except the online customer support and they will say whatever but can't fix anything. What a nightmare

    Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.

    I was promised 1000$ off new Iphone14 ProMax if I traded in my Iphone 13 ProMax times 2. I have called dozens of times, devices were received, no promo added, now I am out of my phones and have a bill for 2 iphones for 24 months.
