no SIM notification/ need cellular QR code
I just switched to t-mobile and requested a esim I never received a notification or a QR code My phone says NO SIM What do I do?
ESIM is supposed to be easier than physical sim cards, but since it is pretty new, there are some growing pains for sure. If the steps on the support page didn't work, you should reach out to one of our support teams so they can add the esim from your phone to your account. After that, the steps are usually pretty quick. Most people on Community like to direct message T-Mobile Help on Facebook or X. The easiest way is to select the social media icon of your choice at the bottom of this page and then select direct message on that page. That is a fantastic team and if you send the message from your phone, you can send them a screenshot with your ESIM number to make it easier on you. 馃榿
