Not Getting Short SMS
, maybe you can help me. I'm not getting any verification texts from T-Mobile, Bank of America, Google, or gig economy side jobs like Door dash or Grub Hub. You can reference ticket #63557315 to see what's been done so far . No issues with phone calls and I seem to be getting regular SMS and MMS. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks.
There is no see pam block or line block on my line. I can't even access my account online it says my number is invalid. Please help!!
You need to call 611 and ask for technical support.
Nope this is a regular postpaid Magenta Max account
Do you have a prepaid plan? That might be the reason you can't access your account on line or receive short code SMS.
