Paper Billing
I have been fighting with both Sprint and T-Mobile over the past year to have a paper bill sent to a billing address. I have tried to contact support multiple times and had the chat closed before the "Live Expert" even typed a word, if you don't want my money or a good view of your business fine. I will let everyone know the literal stress pains you have caused with your unrelenting and stubborn insistence on requiring an individual who receives yearly audits from the IRS to pay with a card thus eliminating proof of purchase. Your company has done nothing but make my experience before and after your purchase of sprint a living nightmare. I no longer feel interested or obligated to pay you a cent as for the aforementioned reasons. Your business is disorganized, useless and a complete waste of your customers time.

What type of plan?
Post paid plans have the option of paper or paperless billing.
Per terms and conditions for prepaid plans there is no detailed billing.

Unlimited Talk, Text and Data, it is not a prepaid plan and it was originally with Sprint until T-Mobil bought them and this year long battle to get monthly paper billing insued. I am genuinely sick of fighting with both of these companies

Unfortunately Tmobile has a prepaid plan for unlimited, its a no credit check plan.

Update: Got word from Advocacy Alliance (The Company I pay my bill through) the bill way sent out on the 28th i.e I did recieve a paper bill and they are harassing me to pay with a card for nothing. This… makes me even more livid and angry about dealing with this. Why should I subject myself to further torment when this company can't be bothered to keep it's own affairs in order.

So you did receive a paper bill as requested? Who is harassing you to pay with a card, the company you pay your bill through or T-Mobile?

T-Mobile is, they just shut off my service and I still can't reach a single customer service rep over this issue. This is the worst service I have ever received.

update: Been with T-Mobile only 2 months and I'm already asking my advocate if I can swap cell providers. If a check isn't an acceptable form of payment all of a sudden I don't want this service.
