Update: Got word from Advocacy Alliance (The Company I pay my bill through) the bill way sent out on the 28th i.e I did recieve a paper bill and they are harassing me to pay with a card for nothing. This…makes me even more livid and angry about dealing with this. I have been fighting with both Sprint and T-Mobile over the past year to have a paper bill sent to a billing address. I have tried to contact support multiple times and had the chat closed before the "Live Expert" even typed a word, if you don't want my money or a good view of your business fine. I will let everyone know the literal stress pains you have caused with your unrelenting and stubborn insistence on requiring an individual who receives yearly audits from the IRS to pay with a card thus eliminating proof of purchase. Your company has done nothing but make my experience before and after your purchase of sprint a living nightmare. I no longer feel interested or obligated to pay you a cent as for the aforementioned reasons.
