Hi! i´m out of the US and i need to pay my account. I dont have any chat or anyone that can reply to me,as I´m trying to pay by card and doesn´t work. And they are sending me e mails that will cancel my number. Anyone can help me? Regards
There's a free international number if called by a Tmobile phone.
Scroll down from this post, click on the support tab and select contact us amd that's where the international number will be.

Prepaid or Postpaid? You should be able to call 611 from your T-Mobile device to reach Customer Care. If your line is suspended, that should still work. If your line has been cancelled and it is prepaid, the number is probably going to be available to be reassigned soon, if it isn't already.
