Phone color wrong

I am trading my iPhone SE for a iPhone 14 Pro. The color of my SE shows up on my account as blue when it is actually black.I'm afraid if I send it in they will reject it because it doesn't match. IMEI shows the SE as black not blue. How can I get this changed? Thank you, Mike.

  • so still technically not purchased from TMO.

     

    i would go the Facebook or Twitter route to contact them.

  • im guessing the SE was purchased either directly from Apple or some other route other than from TMO?

     

    if so then you’ll need to contact TMO and have them add in all the info that is either missing or incorrect.

     

    if it was purchased from TMO and is still incorrect you’ll need to do the same thing and have them correct it on their end.

     

    calling in to TMO=tier 1 support

    contacting them via one of their social media platforms=tier 2 support.

    It was purchaed from Sprint and then transfered to T-Mobile. What I don't remember is if it showed up on Sprint as blue or black Doesn't matter now I guess. I did call my local store and they told me to direstly call service as there is nothing they can do in the store. I called T-Mobile , on for half an hour, no solution.Thanks for repling, Mike..
