assurant sent me wrong phone

So I broke my s10 filed a claim and received an s20 plus activated it and have been using  assurant wants it back and told me that I have to mail it in and be without a phone until they send me an s10 do I have to give it back

    Did you give it back? I wouldn't have. That's on them. And it's karma for their false advertising of "screen damage" being $29 when it's really $99 "screen damage" implies broken or cracked screen. Screw them. They are HUGE SCAMMERS. I hope you didn't give it back. They always send people back a lesser model phone. So it's literal karma they did themselves LAMO
