assurant sent me wrong phone

So I broke my s10 filed a claim and received an s20 plus activated it and have been using  assurant wants it back and told me that I have to mail it in and be without a phone until they send me an s1...

    Hmmm.  That's a good question.  Personally, it was their mistake so I wouldn't think so.  What I think and what the actual answer is, I'm not sure.  Reach out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter to see if they can give you a definitive answer.
