Phone color wrong
I am trading my iPhone SE for a iPhone 14 Pro. The color of my SE shows up on my account as blue when it is actually black.I'm afraid if I send it in they will reject it because it doesn't match. IME...
so still technically not purchased from TMO.
i would go the Facebook or Twitter route to contact them.
It was purchaed from Sprint and then transfered to T-Mobile. What I don't remember is if it showed up on Sprint as blue or black Doesn't matter now I guess. I did call my local store and they told me to direstly call service as there is nothing they can do in the store. I called T-Mobile , on for half an hour, no solution.Thanks for repling, Mike..
